COMMISSION AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment information:
At least 50% of the full cost must be paid upfront and the remaining 50% after completion, or full payment upfront.
All payment must be sent through Paypal or Ko-fi. If payment is being sent through Paypal, I will send you an invoice.Process:
I do my best to respond to commission inquiries within 1-3 days! I will likely ask you additional questions to make sure I have a good understanding of exactly what you want, after which I will send you a Paypal invoice for either 50% of the total, or the full cost - whichever it is that you would prefer. (If you do not have Paypal, Once the initial 50% or full payment is received, I will begin working on your commission and will send a sketch (or multiple options). This is the stage where you may ask for any adjustments or revisions. Once you have approved a sketch, any additional adjustments or changes will incur an extra fee, dependent upon complexity and whether the piece was fully finished or not.Additional Info & TOS:
• Using my art for NFTs or AI algorithms/training is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• I do not accept furry or NSFW commissions.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. You may not profit from the art (e.g. selling prints or products). You may make prints for personal use. If you would like to pay a commercial use fee, rates can be discussed.
• I retain all the rights to my work.
• You may not claim credit for my work, and credit must be given to me where applicable (e.g. Twitch emotes must be credited to me in either a panel, and/or through Twitch's emote attribution).
• All commissions are non-refundable unless I am not able to fulfill the commission for any reason, in which case a full refund will be given.
• If I have not started on the commission, you may request a full refund.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed above.

One static emote: $25
Bundle of three static emotes: $60
Animated emote: $50

PNGtuber/Chibi Character Avatar

These can be used as PNGtubers for streaming, or for profile pictures on Discord or any website!
(Please specify if you would like this for a PNGtuber! In which case you will get two image files - one with the character's mouth open, and one with the character's mouth closed.)Base price: $35
I can add customizations (e.g. a pet sitting on the head, different hair color or clothing color versions) for additional fees!

Character Art

These are fully rendered digital paintings of any character of your choosing.Bust: $100 (+90 per additional character)

Commission Info:

Please make sure to have read through the full commission agreement and terms of service!• Allow 1-3 days for initial response time. Commissions will typically be done within 1-3 weeks, dependent upon complexity of the commission!
• You must provide reference images, along with a detailed description of what you want. If you do not have any reference images, a design fee (of which will vary based on the complexity of the design) will be required.
